Our solution
We split the monolith into clearly defined microservices, containerized everything with Docker and orchestrated it all via Kubernetes on AWS EKS. Including service mesh, centralized logging and auto-scaling.
The result
Deployment time from 3 hours to 8 minutes. The team can now ship features independently. Infrastructure costs dropped by 35% thanks to more efficient resource allocation.
